Jaya Hind Industries has world-class infrastructure for Engineering. Engineering Division is capable of Design and Development of Complex HPDC, GDC and LPDC Dies. The Design and Development competency flows from a state of the art, 30 seats Design Centre which supports a highly skilled and experienced 170 member cohesive group for Tool Manufacturing.
The CAD CAM Centre is equipped with variety of CAD Modeling software like Pro E, Ideas, TebisCAD, Unigraphics and Catia. Design capability integrates Flow Analysis, Thermal Analysis and Solidification Analysis of the castings on FEM based Pro-Cast Simulation software. CNC programs are generated on leading CAM Software like TEBIS CAM, DELCAM and WorkNC which are networked with CNC machines. The programs are transferred to CNC Machines with the help of DNC software.
The world-class Tool Room is equipped with most modern high speed 5 Axis CNC Milling machines from Japan, CNC EDM and CNC Wire Cut EDM machines from Europe and CNC 5 Axis Deep Hole Drilling and Milling Machine from Germany, enabling it to achieve the next level of technological standard in Die Manufacturing.
